Vom 03. – 05. Oktober fand das „Mountain of Rock“-Festival im litauischen Kaunas statt. Dabei handelt es sich weniger um ein reines Musikfestival, als um einen soziokulturellen Austausch von Bookern, Promotern, und Künstlern aus Ost – und Westeuropa. Im Mittelpunkt stand der Austausch über verschiedene Erfahrungswerte bei der Bewerbung bzw. dem Vertrieb vorwiegend OSTeuropäischer Musik auf dem WESTeuropäischem Markt sowie mögliche Problemlösungen. Dazu gab es verschiedene Podiumsdiskussionen und Workshops. Am Abend fanden dann, sozusagen als kulturelles Rahmenprogramm, die Konzerte in jeweils 2 verschiedenen Locations statt.
